I am not a native of England, so I must rely on things like Google to tell me where certain places are in the British Isles. From what I have read, it seems that Middlesex had once been a county in its own right, but appears now to have become part of the Greater London county, along with parts of surrounding counties. For the sake of this site, I will be listing them as separate counties - LONDON, MIDDLESEX, etc.
